My email address is not accepted to create my Ubigi account. What should I do?
In case your email address is not accepted or if you get an error message when trying to create your Ubigi account, please make sure that:
– you entered your email address correctly
– you must enter the same email address as the one you just entered to activate your Personal eSIM on your MyRollsRoyce account
– in case you already have a Ubigi account for another service, you must use a different email address to create an account for your Rolls-Royce
